Guest jasee Report post Posted September 27, 2006 Hi, I'm using ndn in real dos (pc dos 7). It works fine. However I'm trying to use it with ntfsfordos. I don't think I've got much memory for them both. If I run ndn then run ntfsfordos inside it, nfsfordos loads ok. If I then try to run ndn, it says another version of ndn is in memory, but how do I return to it? I've tried ctrl alt x which I thought might work. Is there switch for running ndn for minimum memory? Most of the stuff is very interesting but unnecessary. All I need it for is to add/delete/move etc files.
AngelsHolocaust 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2006 hi! it's usually a good idea to run drivers before running file managers (i remember that from my past...) i have a "tiny-d32-version" on my todo list but i have never started to work on it i don't know what else to do about this :) i tihnk a smaller/tiny version of NDN would not help you in this case Stefan / AH

Is there switch for running ndn for minimum memory? Most of the stuff is very interesting but unnecessary. All I need it for is to add/delete/move etc files. There are many 16-bit managers: Volkov, RIT-DN, Micro-FM, NOOORTON ( :-D ) ... NDN is a generous 32-bit one ;-)
