Hex string not live-updated in Replace dialog

1. In an editor window, Ctrl+Q, A

2. Type something in the "Text to find" edit box. Notice the Hex equivalent NOT being live-updated, not even after you press Tab to go into the Hex field.

3. Press Tab again and type in the "New text" edit box. Notice the live update of the Hex equivalent.
