Command line handling in special file panels

Although NDN handles correctly drive/path changing commands from the command line, it doesn't handle them when the active panel is the process list or the TEMP: drive.

 

1. Go to a directory, say c:\

2. Type 'cd c:\windows'. Assuming 'c:\windows' exists, NDN will open that directory in the file panel.

3. Make the active panel show the process list of the TEMP: drive.

4. Type 'cd c:\windows'. NDN won't change the panel.

 

BTW, the * and ? indicators should maybe appear in the Alt+F1/F2 lists.
