Hi! indeed, shiftf4 doesnt check filename cases correctly the Confirmations.Reload file... option has nothing to do with opening the same file 2 times or more it is only related to the Shift-F3 keys RELOAD in viewer and editor thanks Stefan/AH

Hi every1! in the last version (D32/W32 beta) i introduced a new mouse option, where you can choose if you want to have the right mouse button work as DEFAULT BUTTON or as CANCEL BUTTON in dialogs i would like to make the CANCEL BUTTON the default value, because it is more comfortable and not as dangerous (try F8, delete, DEFAULT is yes), but it is not the default value in TURBO VISION it is nice for quick canceling of dialogs without caring for the result i would like to hear some opinions on it! hi! if you turn show replacement on you can watch the editor replace the strings, turning it off works faster (you dont really need to watch it) this is out of my former favourite editor QEdit you should try this on a file where the screen moves thru the file while replacing to see the difference as soon as im done with my exams (in about 27 days :P) more work will flow into NDN if there are some nice features that some other editors have i would like to hear about them and include them into NDN (i will check this as soon as i have time myself, but maybe there are some nice ideas from some users?) maybe theres something mixed up in the help (which needs an update anyway someday...) it should say: turning on Ask (Prompt for replace) also turns on Show Replacement Stefan/AH

Hi! this is on my list already but, there are so many serious bugs to fix that this must remain a feature for the future my first goal is and will be to remove all system independend issues before i continue adding system dependend stuff i have read worse english than yours :) Stefan/AH

who wrote me so many hints, bugs and comments what about this: i will upload new versions as i fix new bugs AND feel like a few people would like to test it a few notes: - these will be compiled as any other release, BUT - i wont test if everything in the archive is alright - i will upload new versions without telling everytime - you download it when you feel like testing a beta release wihtout warranty - sometimes i will only upload D32, W32 OR LNX, just as it comes the chance that there will be huge problems with these releases will be small, but i dont guarantee i would name these archives simply D32,W32,LNX .RAR if enough ppl like this idea and Necromancer agrees with this we could get it going ASAP this would also lift a bit of weight off my shoulders t orelease a fully working archive everytime so, i want to hear some comments please :) Stefan/AH

Hi Elfy! 1) this question has been solved, necromancer has nothing against it 2) i will tell, but not everytime, i will fix something, and if i want you to test i will post of course, but sometimes i will upload a new archive and if theres no need to tell you guys then i wont :) (just to save time and work for me, treat these releases as snapshots) 3) same url as with normal releases, just that the filenames are d32/w32/lnx.rar 4) as soon as possible :) Note: in a few weeks i have exams, and i must learn, so i dont have much time in the next few weeks, im sorry for this i will tel you when i uploaded the first files, but, it may not be this week... Hi! F3 is on my list already :) and, thanks for the Shift-Enter hint, i didnt know it even existed :P about some processes not displayed or no paths: this is because WinNT/XP/2K doesnt deliver the same info for some processes as for the other ones, but at the moment i believe this is ok for most of us Stefan/AH

Hi! thanks for your post at the moment, im alone, but this may change soon... it is not and will not be open source, sorry but we are thinking about restarting the project with more ppl again i cannot tell you more because we are really in the first steps to think about it and try out Stefan/AH
