Wrong highligh if no EOL before EOF

1. Probably any NDN.HGL will do, but just to make sure, start with the NDN 2.15.4950 beta published on ndn.muxe.com

2. Download this HTM file:

3. View the file and press F2 to enable wrapping. Notice how lines that wrap are incorrectly highlighted in the 'comment' color up until the last column of the last comment.

4. If you add an EOL before the EOF in the file, the bug won't be reproduced.
