Shift status kept after running Shift+Enter tool

1. In NDN.EXT, add an entry for 'txt' like:

txt (notepad.exe "!.!")

2. Shift+Enter on a .txt file and don't press any key aftert that

3. While in Notepad, notice that the NDN status bar shows that Shift is pressed.

4. Exit Notepad using the mouse

5. Notice Shift seems still pressed and if you press UpArrow, NDN will retrieve the last command line.

 

Shift status should perhaps be re-read after running external tools.
