PageUp in Viewer (Dump Mode) doesn't work

1. View a file, e.g. NDN.EXE

2. Press F4 to enter "Dump Mode" -- the one like:

3. Press Ctrl+PageDown to get to the end of the dump

4. Press PageUp and notice that it doesn't scroll up one page. Instead, it jumps to the beginning of the dump.
