Guest maveric Report post Posted June 6, 2003 I have a Siemens C55 connected with the USB-Cable to my PC. I think the serial Connection is working properlie because a Firmware-Update of the phone was successfully. The Phone is recognized correctly as C55 with the correct speed-setting. The PC reads the Datas of my Phone correctly (Main Page). When i try to store a Ringtone at the Phone, i get an Error 'Es ist ein Fehler beim Senden des Tons aufgetreten' (German Version): -> There is an Error occured sending the tone. Verry detailed Error-Message :-). When i try to read the phonebook, i only get some entries. No Error-Message. What can i do ? If i wanted to find out the problems myself, where have you got the specific protocols for the commuication with the mobile-phone ?

We try to fix it, but current fw doesn't permit it.
