Try to repalce 16000 ',' by '.'. 50 seconds on my 3400MHz machine with "Show replacement" disabled in the Replace dialog box. What's more interesting is that if you have a file with 16000 '.' on a single line, NDN won't advance the progress bar at all. It will stay at 0%.
