[*] hgroups.ini files removed from the archive -> created at first start

[-] stringsx.1442 (still) crashed when doing Block-capitalization [A]

it should be 9985 (because it went to 2.15.0xxx and i want to make the next official release 2.15, so i had to change it by hand and made a mistake :P)
