Improve replace function like S&R for FAR with regexp support.

To be hoped have possibility replace in:

 

1. File under cursor or selected files on panel.

2. All or mask files in current directory, panel (for TMP panel).

3. All or mask files in current directory and subdirectories.

this is already in the todo list (whatsnew.txt).

and this is a very dangerous operation.
